Orders 

How long will my print take to arrive?

Prints in the UK take 3-5 working days and framed pieces will take up to 10 working days to arrive in the UK. 

Prints in the rest of the world will take 7-10 working days to arrive, and framed pieces will take 10-15 working days to arrive. 

You will receive a tracking number as soon as it’s shipped. 

Is any payment information included in the package?

No - no payment information will be included when we ship your artwork. 

My artwork arrived damaged, what should I do?

On the rare occasion that your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us immediately to let us know, and if possible, include photos of the damage. We will organise a replacement.

My order says it’s lost on the tracking, what should I do?

Contact us as soon as you notice this and we will track it down for you. 

Artwork

Can I frame the print myself?

Of course! Simply select ‘no frame - print only’ when you select your print. 

What are your frames made from?

All of our frames are made from wood. 

 How should I hang my framed piece?

We recommend J-Hooks, these can be purchased online (on Amazon, for example). They are easy to install and incredibly strong. 

Are your prints matte or gloss?

All of our prints are c-type gloss prints, if you would like a matte print instead, please get in touch (info@tommyclarke.co.uk) and we can sort this out for you. 

Do you use glass or acrylic on your frames?

All of our pieces use acyclic to protect the print from UV. 

Do the pieces come signed?

We have signed edition stickers that will be sent out separately - these can be stuck on to the back of your print or frame, or alternatively you may keep it for your records. 

Returns & Cancellations 

What is your return policy?

All of our pieces are custom printed, mounted and framed just for you, so we are unable to accept returns. 

Can I exchange my piece for a different size?

All sales are final, we are unable to accept a return or exchange as all pieces are custom made. 

Can I cancel or change my order?

You may cancel or change your order within 24 hours of your purchase. We custom print and frame each piece just for you so are unable to make adjustments one the framing process has begun - sorry!
